Fitext support can also write to you in her chat. Your activity records (runs, workouts, meals and weight), and the card for each in her chat, are saved to your account when you log them.
Airplane mode, basement gym, mountain trail: your coach is there. You choose when to back up your chat, and what you log uploads once you're back online.
Your chat lives in a database on your device, and a copy is kept with your account once you sync it. Delete your account and we erase our copy too, apart from the database backups our privacy policy describes.
